Can you believe there’s a spot for burgers, sushi, and killer cocktails? It’s all at Art Burger Sushi Bar, a chic place with a liquid nitrogen bar and beach views. Come have a cold one outside with your pup, and peruse the art inside. (Both on the walls and the cocktails and sushi, which are works of art!) Art Burger Sushi Bar supports local artists by displaying their work for sale for free. Open daily from noon to 9 p.m.

Banditos is a favorite for guests seeking a lively South-of-the-Border experience. This oceanfront outdoor seating area is the place to be during the summer. They’re known for their fresh margaritas and house-made cilantro lime salt. Banditos serves cocktails, beers, and wines, with live music, cornhole, and spectacular views. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

They throw a surf-inspired party here every night. Beach House Bar & Grill sports a Hang 10 theme. They serve cocktails, sandwiches, seafood, and more. Ever had a stellar steak at a beach bar? A tradition of Myrtle Beach boardwalk nightlife since 1944, The Bowery became legendary when its former house band, Alabama, rose to fame. Visit Duffy’s Tavern onsite for delicious burgers and appetizers. The current house band, The Bounty Hunters, rocks the house Fridays and Saturdays. Check out the events and entertainment each month. Located a short walk from the Holiday Inn resort, 8th Ave Tiki Bar is a top stop for tropical drinks and a good time. Their bar features more than 100 bottles and beer on tap and frozen cocktails to cool you down after a day in the sun. Cherry Lime Time (Milagro Silver tequila, muddled cherries and limes, cherry juice, and lemon-lime soda) is a favorite. Open Friday and Saturday from noon to 1:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday from noon to midnight.

It’s one of the new best bars on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Riptydz Oceanfront Grille & Rooftop Bar is next to the Holiday Inn at The Pavilion. It features three full bars, oceanfront dining, and nightly rooftop entertainment. Specialty cocktails come in signature mega Mason jars. Check out their sand-filled “backyard” with lounge chairs and cornhole boards.

One floor up from Bandito’s is the Myrtle Beach Tin Roof chapter. Like the Nashville location, Tin Roof on the Boardwalk hosts live music nightly a block away from the 14th Avenue Pier.
